It is with a heavy heart that I have just learnt via this site that Peter is no longer with us. I had the pleasure and honour of staying with Peter and Valerie on Cavendish Road during my guest semester in Oxford in 2005. I still remember his study room at the back of the garden, the fascinating and wise conversations at mealtimes about music, psychology, learning behaviour and of course the Six Thinking Hats - and also his legendary Stuffed Chicken on Sundays. We recently took a trip to Oxford with the whole family and also took a short walk along Cavendish Road. I thoroughly enjoyed the memories of the time almost 20 years ago and send warm greetings from Switzerland to all relatives and friends of Valerie and Peter. I was lucky enough to meet Peter in person when he came to Venezuela to teach Edward's work. Wonderful person, he and his lovely wife. He'll live in my memory forever
